Important Notes About Our Show:

  • The St. Charles Convention Center is a non-union facility
  • Items can be carried or carted in through the hotel or main convention center doors
  • There are no restrictions on the use of tools during set up
  • Alcohol can be sampled on the trade show floor at any time provided it is under a 2 oz pour
  • The hotel and convention center are attached
  • All hotel rooms are a minimum 2 room suite with complementary wifi
  • Parking is free
  • There is a ten minute travel time to St. Louis Airport
  • The typical temperature is 46°F with an average of less than 1” of snow during March
  • We will offer shipping from the Eastern Winery Exposition to the Mid America Beverage Exposition & Conference
